1. Registration fee payment shall be completed prior to accommodation reservation;

2. The hotel agreement rate is applicable for stays between October 22nd and 25th. If you require an early check-in or extended stay, please call the hotel front desk. The rate will be subject to hotel confirmation;

3. All accommodation fees are settled in RMB and full payment is required upon check-in;

4. Due to limited room availability, early booking is highly recommended;

5. If you require an invoice/发票, please inform the hotel front desk upon check-in.
